a) La preposición "a" se usa para expresar destino.

b) ¿Adónde? se usa para preguntar el destino.

¿Adónde? is used to inquire about destination.

Luisa va al restaurante.

c) El verbo ir + "a" + verbo en infinitivo se usa para expresar una acción que será realizada en el futuro.
