Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges to your credit card. Should your credit card company discover credit card fraud and hold you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges, review your receipt. MultilingualCenter will reimburse you for the maximum liability of $50 if, through no fault of your own, you were subject to credit card fraud, while using our secure transaction server in making a purchase on our site.
